Matt Daly

Matt Daly joined Salamander Construction in March of 2004. Matt graduated from the University of Vermont and began working as a carpenter and roofer in Vermont and Nantucket. Matt continues to be a valuable asset to the team and his perfectionist nature rubs of on all whom work beside him.

Michael Goodale

Michael was born in raised in Addison County. He graduated from Middlebury Union High School in 1999. After high school Michael was educated at Johnson State College. During college he began his carpentry career for New Haven based Roundtree Construction. While at Roundtree, Michael learned the ropes of very high end carpentry by working on a wide range of style and size projects and with some very experienced and seasoned carpenters as mentors. In 2009 Michael brought the skills he had honed over the 10 year stint with Roundtree to Salamander Construction. Michael brings a vast array of new techniques and skills which have contributed greatly to the level of carpentry that Salamander can provide its clients.
